The Paddock, a new development located on the site of the former Narragansett Racetrack on Narragansett Park Drive in Pawtucket. The proposed development site at 651 Narragansett Park Drive. The Paddock will contain 95 units. There will be two, three-story apartment buildings with 31 units and six (6) buildings with a total of 36 2-story townhouse units. There will also include a one-story community building which will contain the management office, mailroom, function room, and maintenance area. The ground floor of the apartment building will contain one 5-bedroom unit for clients of The Arc.
